Skimming, render, ceiling repairs and extension plastering on the edge of the New Forest, from Ringwood’s market streets to Poulner, St Leonards and Ashley Heath.
A few details is all we need. We come back to you, usually the same working day.
About the Area
Ringwood sits just over the county line in Hampshire, and its housing is a real mix. The town centre around the Market Place and Christchurch Street has older brick and rendered buildings, while Poulner and the north of the town are mostly post-war estates and more recent developments.
St Leonards, St Ives and Ashley Heath, spread through the pine woods to the south-west, are largely bungalows and detached homes on generous plots. Extensions, loft rooms and garage conversions are common there, along with textured ceilings ready to be flattened.
Outside walls get plenty of work too, whether that is patching tired render on an older property or rendering a new extension to match the house. We price every Ringwood job in writing and tell you plainly what it needs.

How We Work
Every Ringwood job, inside or out, follows the same four steps from first call to final clean-up.
Tell us whether the work is inside, outside or both, with rough sizes and photos. For render and extensions we will usually arrange a visit.
We check the surfaces and access, then send a written quote setting out the method, materials and what is included.
Surfaces are protected and prepared, damaged areas are removed, and plaster or render goes on in stages for a flat, even finish.
We check the finished work with you, clear away every scrap of waste and explain what happens next.
Tell us about the work at your Ringwood property and we will arrange a visit, send a written price and agree a start date.

Two-storey extension plastered start to finish. Kept pace with our builder and left it ready to decorate.
Rendered the front and side of the house in K Rend. Neat lines, tidy scaffolding and a fair price.
Ceiling came down after a bathroom leak upstairs. They boarded and skimmed it within two days of me calling.
Old lath and plaster wall replaced with plasterboard and skimmed. Explained the options clearly before starting.
Quoted on the Monday, started the following week, finished on the day they said. No surprises on price.
We manage several rentals and use them for all our plastering now. Reliable with dates, which matters to us.
Skimmed our whole downstairs after we took the wallpaper off. Walls came up perfectly flat and they cleaned up every evening.
Coving in the hallway was damaged in places. Repaired and matched so well I cannot spot the joins.

FAQs
What Ringwood customers most often ask us. If yours is not here, give us a call.
01202 125594We price the job by wall and ceiling, depending on condition and access, rather than charging by the hour. Every quote is free and written, usually within 48 hours of seeing the work or clear photos.
Yes, and Ashley Heath, Poulner, Bisterne, Burley and the rest of BH24.
Not at all. We work across the Dorset and Hampshire border, and Ringwood is well within our usual area.
Yes. We look at the existing render first, recommend the closest system and finish, and apply it so the extension sits comfortably with the rest of the house.
Yes. Once your builder has the frame and insulation in, we board the slopes, dormers and knee walls, tape the joints and skim everything.
Hairline cracks in newer homes are common as the building settles and dries out. We fix and tape any loose board, fill the cracks and skim so they do not reappear.
For most house walls, yes, so the render can go on evenly across the whole wall. Small patches and low walls can often be done from steps or a tower.
Usually three to seven days, depending on the weather and the wall. Once it is evenly pale, mist-coat before your finish coats.
