The things customers ask us most. If yours is not here, call and ask — we are happy to talk through the job before you commit to anything.
01202 125594Most rooms are priced per wall or per ceiling once we have seen the surface. As a guide, a standard ceiling skim starts around £200 and a small bedroom re-skim around £450. We always quote in writing before starting.

Yes. Once the leak is fixed and the area has dried we cut out damaged plasterboard, re-board where needed and skim the ceiling back to a flat finish.
K Rend and other silicone thin-coat systems, monocouche, traditional sand and cement, and pebbledash repairs or replacement.
